2009/2010

PI/CPC

That the Trustees PI/CPC Committee shall contact the relevant Intergroup with regard to any requests they receive to do PI work in the Intergroup Area. 

 

 

That the "Who Me?" pamphlet to be used for PI work be stamped accordingly - (For PI Work Only". "Not For Sale")

 

 

That frequent communications between the Trustees PI Committee and the local Intergroup Committees is desirable.

 

 

That a detailed schedule of the duties and responsibilities of all the Trustees' be made available to the fellowship as soon as possible

 

 

Policy/Admissions

That the Chaguanas AA group be moved from Area Committee No. 10 to Area Committee No. 8.

 

 

That the Conference Committee on Policy/Admissions looks at the terms of GSR's and Delegate and report back at our next Conference 2011.

 

 

That Samuel R. be appointed as Conference Coordinator for 2010/2011

 

 National Convention

That an issue of the Pumpkinvine be publish in time for the 2011 National Convention.

 

 

That the National Convention 2012 be held in Central 0n April 21st and 22nd.

 

 

That there be better promotion for our National Convention

 

 

 Finance

That a written detail Treasurer's Report accompanies the Financial Statements.

 

 

That a written detail Treasurer's Report be prepared for the Financial Year 2009/2010 and circulated to Conference Members by March 31st, 2011.

 

 

That a detailed list of all literature stocks and their related costs be included in  the Financial Statements.

 2008/2009

 PI/CPC

That the Trustees PI/CPC Committee provides proper accountability to the Literature Committee for literature distributed at major events. 

 

 Policy/Admissions

That Trustees Committee on the General Service Conference host a ' Big Meeting ' to include all groups and intergroups to discuss general services.

 

 National Convention

That the national Convention be held in South in 2010.

 

 Literature

That the Trustees Committee on Literature develop a policy for free Literature distribution to include proper accountability.

 

 Finance

That the Trustees Finance Committee prepares by March 2010 a new comprehensive financial Report for period July 2008 to June 2009

 

 

That the Trustees Finance Committee prepares  by March 2010 a provisional report for the period July 2009 to December 2009
